The following statement has been issued by the club:
Kingstonian FC are delighted to announce that, at a meeting on Tuesday, the Limited Company's CVA (Creditors' Voluntary Arrangement) was unanimously approved, with just one creditor - Hampton and Richmond Borough FC - abstaining.
The club now await a meeting of the Ryman League Management Committee, scheduled for Thursday 29th August, where it is hoped that the club's suspension from the Ryman League will be lifted.
No decision has yet been made with regards to this Saturday's match at Aldershot Town.

At their meeting on Friday August 2nd the Board of Directors of the Ryman League received a letter from the Football Association following the failure of Kingstonian FC Ltd to obtain approval to a proposed Creditors Voluntary Arrangement (CVA). The League had previously indicated that if the CVA had been approved it would consent to a transfer of membership from the company in administration to a new company provided that all Football Creditors were paid in full and certain football related debts were also satisfied. Kingstonian FC have therefore been placed in suspension with immediate effect and have been given until 5pm on Thursday 29th August to resolve their position. If they are able to do this by 12th August the club will be allowed to start the season but otherwise the position of the club will be further considered by the Board at its meeting on Friday 30th August.
The club hope to issue a statement in the next couple of days

The Administrator for Kingstonian Football Club Limited, has announced the sale of the Club and its assets to Mr Anup Khosla. The Club went into Administration last October.
The deal should now secure the future of the Ks at Kingsmeadow Stadium. Mr Khosla claims to be committed both to preserving the Clubs status in the Ryman Premier League and to seeing it prosper and go on to better things.
The deal secures the Companys assets for the future of the Club and removes the burden of the Clubs mortgage and overdraft. The next task is to raise the funds required to enter into a voluntary arrangement with the Clubs creditors, so that the Ks can avoid being demoted by the football authorities to the lower reaches of the Ryman League. The figure needed is £100,000.
A fund raising appeal will now be launched by Mr Khosla on behalf of the Club. It is hoped that all of those who have been so anxious to see the survival of the Club, including Kingston Council and the thousands who signed a recent petition, will get behind the campaign by contributing to the appeal and by persuading others to do so.
Mr Khosla is a part owner of the Khosla hotel and travel agency group. He and his brother attended Kingston Grammar School and the family are keen to put something back into the community in which they grew up.

Save Kingstonian Football Club
Kingstonian (Ryman Premier Division, relegated from conference last year, famed for recent FA cup runs / FA trophy wins) have been in administration for much of the season.
Now, just when we thought it couldn't get any worse, Ron Noades and Brentford Football Club have come up with an offer to buy the club, solely so he can liquidise us and use our (small) ground to house Brentford. This is all supposedly until he can build a new ground in Brentford - but we all know this is his way of cashing in on a housing development on the Brentford ground, then cutting and running. He'll kill us and he'll kill Brentford.
There's another bid on the table. A consortium of Kingstonian fans. It's not quite as much money, but it would keep the club alive. But Barclays Bank and the administrators (Begbies Traynor) don't give a toss about this. They get their full pound of flesh from the Brentford deal - and sod our club, which has existed in name since 1919, and in spirit since 1885.
There's a downloadable petition organised by a local councillor at: http://www.kingstonian.net/index.htm
You can also visit the forum and let our fans know your on our side.
If any other clubs in crisis can lend their support we'd be really grateful. A couple of sheets of signatures from each club represented here would make all the difference. If they could be posted back to us (before or after the deadline on the form) we'd be really grateful.
Thanks,
Rob
Kingstonian and Wimbledon - is it something I said?
